Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned tools, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
